Automates Japan Ltd Co. is Japan and US based company which provides new and used heavy equipments/construction machinery to the dealers at Caribbean and Africa. Thier mission is to provide top notch cars and machineries to the customers at a reasonable price and freight.

  • Online Presence: Automates Japan was operating on their traditional sales methods like cold calling and emails. They aimed to build an unbeatable online presence by having a good looking social media handles and website
  • Increased Conversion: Automates Japan aimed to have atleast 3 conversion per month through online advertising.
  • Optimizing Ad Spend: With a limited monthly budget of $250, the was to maximize the profit return on ad spend (ROAS) by reducing cost-per-lead and ensuring every ad dollar spent contributed to meaningful engagement and conversions.

  • Highly Qualified Leads: Since Automates Japan is B2B and the potential customer is very specific (Machinery Dealer or Car Dealer). We initially had challenges to target the right customer through Facebook Ads. (Facebook Ads are best for B2C but not ideal for B2B).
  • Limited Budget: Facebook Ads charge more when the lead is hard to find and since our budget was limited. Initially, We had challenges to tackle with the budget issue.
  • Lack of Trust: Having a fresh online presence, Customers were having second thoughts while buying from the company.
